Julie maintains a broad civil litigation practice, focusing primarily on business litigation, and also handles professional liability and insurance coverage matters. She also supports the Technology & Outsourcing Group in matters for state agencies and businesses. Julie brings a goal-oriented attitude to her practice, identifying and analyzing key issues to better inform client decision-making.
A proud City Year Boston alum, Julie was inspired by her time serving the community to spend the first chapter of her professional life working in the non-profit sector, addressing complex social issues faced by Massachusetts residents. Julie brings the perspective she gained during these years to her legal work, recognizing the value of centering all efforts on a “mission” as defined by the client. During law school, Julie received recognition for her zealous advocacy as an Immigration Clinic student attorney, served as a note editor for Suffolk University Law School Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy, and interned for The Hon. Judith G. Dein at the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
At home, when not busy getting her hands dirty in the garden, Julie’s client is her young son. His mission is to keep Julie and her husband keenly aware of both the passage of time and the utility of looking at any given landscape from multiple vantage points.
