Since entering private practice, Glen has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts concerning litigation of commercial disputes, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, employment harassment matters, and attorney discipline and professional malpractice cases.
Glen’s probate practice focuses on representing beneficiaries and fiduciaries in emotionally charged and technically complex disputes. Leveraging his deep experience in state and federal courts, he handles will contests, trust petitions, asset disputes, and fiduciary mismanagement claims. As a former prosecutor, Glen brings unique trial-readiness to contested probate matters where witness credibility and undue influence are paramount. Glen frequently collaborates with estate planning counsel to provide litigation support when administration becomes contested.
Glen also maintains an active criminal defense practice rooted in his experience as a former Assistant District Attorney for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in Berkshire and Suffolk counties. In those roles, he tried more than a dozen cases to verdict before a jury and nearly twice that number before a single judge. Glen represents individuals in white-collar government investigations on both the state and federal levels. Glen is exceptionally skilled at handling misdemeanors including assault and battery, domestic disputes and OUIs offenses. Following the successful dismissal of state criminal matters, Glen routinely assists clients with the sealing of records.
