BOSTON – Conn Kavanaugh is pleased to announce that Gregory J. Murphy and Kathleen R. O’Toole have been promoted to partners of the firm, effective January 1, 2021.
Greg focuses his practice on estate planning, tax planning and preparation, and trust and estate administration. Given his strong tax background, Greg also supports the firm’s Corporate / Transactional Group.
In her employment practice, Kate represents employers facing a variety of employment litigation issues, such as discrimination and wage and hour claims, as well as non-litigation counseling of clients concerning compliance with state and federal employment laws. Kate also represents clients in matters of business litigation.
