An experienced trial lawyer, Pam uses that experience to guide clients through the complex litigation process including whether to commence litigation or counseling toward another resolution. Her practice focuses on business disputes in many different industries, including healthcare, dentistry, employment, securities, real estate, energy and manufacturing, and representing clients in government investigations in the healthcare, financial, and other industries in which she has developed a deep knowledge of her clients’ businesses and needs.
Clients appreciate her rapid responsiveness, as well as her being quick on her feet, yet strategic and methodical, planning each case from the outset and reacting quickly when circumstances require a change of strategy. Pam has extensive experience litigating cases in state and federal courts throughout the nation. She understands the unique challenges each client faces and develops strategies to achieve their legal and business goals.
Pam lives in Canton with her husband, who is the president of a computer service bureau. She is active in her community, serving on the Canton Cultural Council, the Board of the Canton Choral Society, and the Canton Pickleball leadership team. She loves to swim and participate in all kinds of sports.
