In a recent industry article, the author argued that the lack of equal participation of women in the top roles of firms and corporations was that women were not paying enough attention to upward mobility and were distracted by family obligations. This brought a strong response from many, and DRI asked Marie, as Chair of its Women in the Law Committee, to pen a response on behalf of the organization. It appeared in this month’s national For the Defense publication. Marie also serves on Conn Kavanaugh’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
