Julien represents businesses in commercial litigation throughout Massachusetts, counseling clients through breach of contract disputes, business torts, fiduciary duty claims, Chapter 93A matters, trade secret litigation, wage and hour disputes, and complex insurance coverage matters. Drawing on experience as both a criminal prosecutor and civil litigator, Julien has tried 25 jury cases to verdict and brings a practical, strategic approach to resolving disputes.
Julien earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree in Chinese and Philosophy from the University of Georgia. His practice focuses on Business Litigation, Construction, and Product Liability.
