Held at the Boston Bar Association at 16 Beacon Street, Boston, MA 02108. This in-person session serves as the kickoff for the Business and Commercial Litigation Essentials program. Designed for law students and attorneys in their first four years of practice, the workshop provides practical guidance on handling common “firsts,” including conducting client interviews, managing 9C calls, and appearing in court. Attendees will also join small breakout discussions led by the panelists to analyze real-world fact patterns and develop effective practice management skills.
