Jillian brings a practical, results-oriented approach to the firm, expanding our capabilities for our Private Clients, and within the Real Estate group.
Jillian focuses her practice on commercial and residential real estate transactions, title matters, and estate planning. She represents developers, investors, lenders, and business owners in a wide range of matters, including complex acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing. Her background includes handling high-value transactions such as multimillion-dollar commercial financings and mixed-use property sales. She also provides skilled representation in the creation of condominium projects, advanced title review, and the management of real estate closings.
In addition to her real estate work, Jillian advises individuals and families on estate planning and probate administration. She develops comprehensive estate plans tailored to meet specific client goals and provides guidance to fiduciaries and beneficiaries navigating probate, estate tax matters, and post-mortem administration.
Jillian earned her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in 2015 and a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire in 2012. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and is an active member of the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association, and the Women’s Bar Association.
