Her work includes advanced title review and resolution, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and managing all aspects of real estate closings. She also represents developers in the creation of condominium projects, including the preparation of governing documents. In her estate practice, Jillian develops comprehensive estate plans tailored to each client’s goals and guides fiduciaries and beneficiaries through probate, estate tax matters, and post-mortem administration.
