Barry takes the time and the initiative to learn about the business of each of his clients and their respective operational and growth objectives.
Barry often serves as a business advisor to his clients participating in many decision-making processes and providing general legal counsel. He is a highly experienced business negotiator and draftsperson, having handled successfully numerous acquisitions and sales of companies, strategic partnerships, development, licensing and distribution agreements, vendor and supplier contracts, equity-based financings, bank financings, lease transactions, and other business matters.
