Tom is regularly engaged to represent and defend companies under investigation by the Department of Labor or the Attorney General’s office for non-compliance with wage and hour laws. For at least the past 15 years, Tom has succeeded in resolving every such case without civil or criminal charges being brought against his clients, and typically with payments or fines substantially lower than the initial demands.
