Hannah works with companies to resolve disputes efficiently, from pre-litigation through trial. When litigation is necessary, she has litigated in Massachusetts state and federal courts, including in the Business Litigation Session of the Massachusetts Superior Court, Massachusetts Appeals Court, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
Hannah’s experience includes securing a full verdict for a client at trial on Massachusetts securities and unfair business practices claims; helping companies resolve intellectual property disputes; and assisting clients with breach of contract claims, lease disputes, and partnership disputes. Hannah has also litigated trademark, copyright, and trade secret cases in state and federal courts, and has represented major consumer brands in trademark disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Prior to joining Conn Kavanaugh, Hannah was a litigation associate at a regional law firm in Boston. Before that, she practiced trademark and copyright litigation at large national law firms in San Francisco.
Outside the office, Hannah spends her time with her husband, their two toddlers, and their rescue Doberman-mix, exploring New England, playing tennis and going to the beach.
