He holds a J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. Admitted to the California Bar since 2018, Swain is currently pending admission in Massachusetts. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys hiking, skiing, and exploring historical sites around Boston.
