Colin litigates complex contract actions, business torts, and consumer protection claims under G.L. c. 93A. Colin’s experience in the insurance industry includes litigating claims arising from coverage disputes, bad faith insurance claims, broker liability and other commercial claims.
Colin also represents real estate professionals, investors, and developers in connection with real estate development and management disputes. His recent first chair trial experience includes handling a two-week trial representing a commercial property owner in a multi-million-dollar dispute with a real estate developer. Colin also assists his clients managing landlord tenant disputes. Historically, Colin’s practice has also included representing REITs in connection with post-foreclosure claims in the Massachusetts Housing Courts.
Outside of his legal practice, Colin enjoys skiing, obstacle course racing and serving as his family’s chef. Colin can be found courtside or field side for his kids’ many sporting events.
