Garland brings more than 20 years of experience representing insurers in complex coverage disputes and bad-faith claims. She has handled cases involving auto, construction, professional liability, and mass casualty events in both state and federal courts.
Garland earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her undergraduate degree from Harvard College. She lives in Worcester with her husband and two cats, and is an avid amateur musician.
