This process has met with great success: a once fourth-year associate at the firm is its managing partner today, 53% of the firm’s owners are women, and half the management committee is composed of women. The Empowering Women program was initiated in 2023 to recognize law firms that have shown a strong commitment to supporting and elevating women attorneys.
