The firm is 50 percent women-owned, with eight women attorneys in leadership roles. The firm’s Management Committee includes managing partner Erin K. Higgins, who is also chair of the professional liability group; Carol A. Starkey, partner and chair of the criminal/white-collar/regulatory group; and Kirsten Z. Young, partner and chair of family law. More women leaders of the firm include partners Sheila B Giglio (estate planning); Heidi L. Bauders (technology and outsourcing); Marie E. Chafe (products liability); Laurel K. Koes (family law); and Kathleen R. O’Toole (employment law). Four of the firm’s administrative directors are women as well.
