Conn Kavanaugh partner Jim Peloquin will speak at the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) CLE program, “Construction Mediation: Defect Claims, Casualty Claims and Coverage Disputes.” This practical skills session is designed to help mediators and counsel navigate the overlapping contractual obligations, statutory claims, and insurance issues that often derail construction projects.
