On October 3, 2019, Carol Starkey presented at the MCLE New England program “Win (& Avoid Losing) Cases by Exploiting Social Media & Utilizing the Internet.” The program gave attendees practical ideas about how to use public information, including evidence on social media, during informal discovery as well as formal discovery, fact investigation, witness preparation, and jury selection.
