Kurt is a trial lawyer with over twenty-five years of experience. Having handled dozens of trials throughout his career, Kurt does not hesitate to bring appropriate matters to a verdict. He also recognizes that zealous advocacy is the most effective way to resolve matters in his client’s favor.
Kurt’s practice focuses primarily on business disputes. He regularly represents software companies, law firms, and closely-held companies in commercial litigation. Well-versed in claims asserting breach of fiduciary duty, conversion of trade secrets, and unfair business practices, he also has extensive experience with insurance coverage, representing both insurers and insureds in complex coverage disputes, including bad-faith claims.
Kurt is Co-chair of the firm’s Business Litigation and Insurance Litigation practice groups. He also is Chair of the firm’s Technology Committee.
