This well-received community event was attended by 200 guests and 12 of the 14 area rabbis, which made the evening very special. Each of the rabbis was honored and spoke, along with members of the Swampscott Police department. The Jewish Journal is a non-profit organization, for which Ms. Matloff serves as President of the Board. The event raised close to $100,000 which is the most raised at a gala event in recent years.
