Conn Kavanaugh's experienced Family Law/Probate Litigation attorneys bring a sense of calm to what are often complex, emotionally charged proceedings. We have the experience to evaluate your case and advise in settlement, or, when necessary, bring a case to trial.
In the area of family law, we negotiate and prepare postnuptial agreements, premarital agreements intended to protect family trusts, inheritances and ownership in closely held businesses in the event of divorce or death of a spouse. We also represent clients in divorce proceedings, modification proceedings, contempt actions, removal actions, paternity actions, custody disputes and domestic violence matters. Working with other attorneys in the firm, our family law attorneys may also advise clients on real estate matters, employment matters, and other civil litigation matters.
In the area of probate litigation, we handle matters in all aspects of probate litigation, including will contests, interpretation of wills and trusts, reformation of trusts, guardianships, financial conservatorships, fiduciary accountings and various legal issues concerning estate administration.
