Anna is an experienced Trial Attorney, with over a decade of experience handling matters in the District and Superior Courts. Her practice includes all aspects of divorce and probate litigation as well as criminal defense.
Her divorce and probate practice focuses on counseling and representing clients in a variety of matters to include divorce proceedings, paternity actions, complaints for modification and contempt. Anna also has experience representing clients in probate litigation such as guardian and conservatorship matters.
Prior to joining Conn Kavanaugh, Anna was a Staff Attorney with the Committee for Public Counsel Services, Public Defender Division where she zealously represented indigent clients in both the Superior and District Court. She has tried several felony cases such as drug offenses, rape, robbery, assault, and murder. Anna has also represented a number of clients who were charged with driving under the influence, Chapter 209A restraining order violations and probation surrender matters.
Anna has served as an advocate in the Children and Family Law (CAFL) Division, where she represented clients in child welfare matters, which include care and protection proceedings, children requiring assistance cases (CRAs), and actions to terminate parental rights.
