Thomas E. Peisch appeared for argument before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court on the issue of whether a lawyer’s communications with a law firm’s risk management partner about a client matter are protected from disclosure to the client in a subsequent malpractice action by the attorney-client privilege.  The argument garnered national attention, as no state supreme court has yet ruled on the issue.  Erin K.
